选机油别只看 0W-20：黏度、性能等级和厂家认可要一起核对
先记住： 只看到0W-20还不够，必须同时核对本车性能规范及厂家要求。
一桶油至少核对三层信息

把选油过程变成可复查的记录
先确认车辆的销售市场、年份、具体发动机和手册版本。拍下手册用油页及油品背标，记录产品全名、规格代码、批次和购买来源。不要只保存包装正面的“全合成”“高性能”等宣传词。店家说“都能用”时，可以请其指出本车要求与产品说明相匹配的位置。
一张简单的核对单可以写成：手册规定____；候选产品____；黏度____；性能规范____；厂家认可/适用说明____；凭据链接或照片____。如果资料存在冲突，先向厂家或有车型经验的维修方确认，不用靠论坛投票决定。
换油间隔和加注量也不能照抄
不同车型、发动机、使用条件和保养体系可能有不同安排。不要因为别人同品牌同排量，就照抄其加注量或统一公里数。保养后记录实际加注量、滤芯型号、日期与里程，并按手册方法检查液位。换油完成、复位保养提示和解决机油压力故障，是三件不同的事；仪表出现压力警告时，不应把“刚换了好油”当成继续行驶的保证。
本文提供的是核对方法，不推荐某个品牌，也不给所有车型指定一种黏度或一个更换周期。
