Source note on shared footage
We have a massive and growing video library, but we don't have everything...yet.
Car companies often use the same engines in different cars. They also slightly alter the styling and sell the same car by two different names (amongst other tricks to help offset development costs).
Our system selects the most applicable video for your car based, in part, on these characteristics. The video displayed may not look exactly like your car, but may be relevant enough for you to get a good idea how to do it.

Procedure notes
The video above shows you the steps needed to check the power steering fluid level in your 1998 Nissan Sentra. Checking the power steering fluid level in your Sentra is relatively easy and should be done once a month or if you are experienced difficulty turning the wheel or steering your Sentra. Your Sentra should be parked on a level surface and your 1.6 liter engine should be cold to the touch. If the power steering fluid level in your Sentra is low, fill it up to the maximum line with power steering fluid and check it again in a week to determine if you have a leak. The power steering fluid reservoir will typically have a symbol of a steering wheel on the cap. Likewise, if your Sentra has electric power steering, you may see a steering wheel picture with an explanation point next to it on your dashboard to indicate power steering problems.
