Coolant Level Check on a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500 8.1L V8

Checking the engine coolant (also known as antifreeze) level in your 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500 is pretty easy. In order to get an accurate reading, your 8.1 liter engine should be cool to the touch when you check it.
